The PEARS Support Team will be out of office for the following time frames. Someone will be monitoring support requests for any urgent bugs, but otherwise, we’ll respond once we’re back in office.

• Tuesday, December 17th – Thursday, December 19th (Canopy Staff Retreat)
• Monday, December 23rd – Friday, December 27th (Week of Christmas)
• Wednesday, January 1st (New Year’s Day)

Viewable Unit permissions allows users to view all data reported for a specific unit. Viewable Unit permissions can be helpful for users that work closely with other staff members in their unit or analyze data for a unit.
