Filter for Collaborators

Using filters in PEARS can narrow down the records listed, to help you find records more quickly. Follow the steps below to use filters to find records in which you (or another use) are listed as a collaborator.
  1. Select the module in which you would like to find a record. For this example, hover the cursor over the Track menu and click Program Activities:

  2. The Program Activity list displays. By default, only records from the current reporting year that you have created are listed. The Reporting Year and User filters that are automatically applied appear above the list of records.

  3. To change which filters are applied, click the Filter button.

  4. A list of filters displays. Because the list is currently filtered to show records that you have created, your name appears in the Users field. Click the x next to your name. Then, click in the gray area to close the search box.

  5. Go to the next field titled: Collaborator. To find records on which you are listed as a collaborator, start typing your name in the Collaborator field. Select your name from the drop-down list.

  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Apply.

  7. The list now displays records in which you are listed as a collaborator. The collaborator filter appears above the list, to show it is currently applied.
