Edit an Attached Survey

  1. From the PEARS homepage, hover over the Engage menu and click Program Activities:
    Select Program Activities from Engage menu
  2. The Program Activities list displays. Select a Program Activity to edit. A list of Program Activities in PEARS
  3. The Program Activity details display. Click Evaluation: The workflow of the Program Activity includes several sections, including evaluation
  4. The Evaluation page displays: A list of surveys attached to the Program Activity.
  5. To edit an attached survey, click the second action button. Several options are available for the survey, included editing.
  6. The edit survey form appears:
    A box provides several options for configuring the Program Survey
    As needed, change the survey used, survey type, date delivered, and survey name. If applicable, select or deselect the aggregate responses option.
  7. Once changes are complete, click Save. The edited survey details are now listed on the surveys page.

  8. Next, enter survey responses, attach another survey, or continue to the next section. Choose additional options for entering response data, attaching another survey, or proceeding to the next step.
