Edit an Attached Survey

  1. From the PEARS homepage, hover the cursor over the Track menu and click Program Activities:

  2. The Program Activities list displays. Select a Program Activity to edit.

  3. The Program Activity details display. Click Evaluation:

  4. The Evaluation page displays:

  5.  To edit an attached survey, click the second action button.

  6. The edit survey form appears:

    As needed, change the survey used, survey type, date delivered, and survey name. If applicable, select or deselect the aggregate responses option.
  7. Once changes are complete, click Save.
    The edited survey details are now listed on the surveys page.

  8. Next, enter survey responses, attach another survey, or continue to the next section.
