Edit a CRM Contact Interaction

  1. From the PEARS homepage, hover over the Track menu and click Community Relationships (CRM):
  2. The CRM Contacts list displays. Click on the contact that is having an interaction edited:
    The Contact information displays:
  3. In the Notes section, hover over the interaction that needs to be edited:
    The edit/delete options display:
  4. Click the edit button:
  5. The interaction edit fields display:
  6. Make any needed edits to the interaction. Once all the changes have been made, click Save:
