- From the PEARS homepage, hover the cursor over the Track menu and click Direct Contacts:
- The Direct Contacts list displays. Click on the record that needs to be marked as complete:
- The Direct Contact details display. Click on the Mark as Complete link:
- The Mark as Complete section displays. Click Mark as Complete:
- A pop-up window displays, noting the record has been successfully marked as complete. Click OK to stay in the Mark as Complete section, or click Return to Direct Contacts List:

By default, your Direct Contacts list shows records that you have created in the current reporting year. Click the Filter button to filter for other records.
