- From the PEARS homepage, hover the cursor over the Track menu and click on Social Marketing Campaigns.
The Social Marketing Campaigns list displays.
- Select the Name of the campaign being evaluated.
The Social Marketing Campaign detail view displays.
- Click the Evaluation link within the progress pane.
The Social Marketing Campaign Evaluation page displays.
- From the drop-down menu, select whether or not evaluations are being conducted during the current reporting year.
Assessment type and method questions appear.
- From the drop-down menu, select the Types of Assessment being conducted during the current reporting year. Select all that apply.
- From the drop-down menu, select the Methods of Assessment being conducted during the current reporting year. Select all that apply.
- Record the number of individuals and their demographic data into the Campaign Recall table.
- Record any Additional Comments regarding the methodology or results.
- Click the Save and Continue button once all Social Marketing Campaign evaluation information has been recorded.
