# Update to PEARS Menus

The PEARS navigation menus were updated after business hours on **June 12, 2024**. The main changes rename the "Track" menu to "Engage" and introduce a new "Reflect" menu for reporting-focused modules.

## Changes for All Users

* **"Track" renamed to "Engage"** — All modules previously under Track now appear under Engage
* **Success Stories** moved from Track/Engage to the new **Reflect** menu
* Modules under Engage were reordered

## Additional Changes for Extension Users

* **Quarterly Efforts**, **Action Plan Outcomes**, and **Performance Reviews** moved to the **Reflect** menu
* **"Action Plan Outcomes"** renamed to **"Action Plan Reports"**
* Users with **State Level Action Plan Reviewer** and **Professional Development Opportunity Reviewer** roles no longer see a separate "Review" menu — those functions are available within the relevant modules under **Plan**
* **Supervisors:** Professional Development Plans appear under Plan; Performance Reviews appear under Reflect

**TIP:** All existing records and data remain unchanged. Only the navigation structure is different — the same modules and features are available in their new locations.
