Create a Word Cloud

Generate a word cloud visualization from success story keywords in PEARS.

The Word Cloud feature creates a visual keyword map from your success stories, showing which keywords appear most frequently.

Navigate to Success Stories

From the PEARS homepage, hover over the Reflect menu in the top navigation bar and click Success Stories.

Apply filters

Use the filter options to determine which success stories should be included in the Word Cloud analysis.

Click Word Cloud

Click the Word Cloud button to generate the visualization.

View and download

The Word Cloud displays with keywords and their frequencies listed below. Use the Filter button to adjust which success stories are analyzed, or use the Download button to save the Word Cloud as an image file.

NOTE: Success stories must include keywords to generate a Word Cloud. If no Word Cloud appears, keywords may not be tagged in the listed records. See Create a Success Story for guidance on adding keywords.

TIP: Success stories do not follow typical viewable permissions — all organizational users can see all records. By default, the list is filtered to your own records in the current reporting year; adjust or clear the filters to include other records in the Word Cloud.
