{% hint style="warning" %}
**NOTE:** Success stories must include keywords to generate a Word Cloud. If no Word Cloud appears, keywords may not be tagged in the listed records. See [Create a Success Story](/reflect/success-stories/create-a-success-story.md) for guidance on adding keywords.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
**TIP:** Success Stories do not follow typical viewable permissions. By default, you can only view records you have entered, unless other permissions are applied to your account. However, you have access to view all success story records within your organization.
