# Collaborators

Learn how to add collaborators to a success story in PEARS.

Use the Collaborators step to give other PEARS users **View Only** or **View & Edit** access to this success story. Adding a collaborator does not grant any additional sitewide access. See the [Program Activities Collaborators](/engage/program-activities/collaborators.md) page for detailed instructions on adding, editing, and removing collaborators.

After adding collaborators, click **Save and Continue** to proceed to the [Story Details](/reflect/success-stories/story-narrative.md) page. If your organization uses the **Partners** or **Custom Data** sections on success stories, those steps come first.
