# Mark a Partner Report as Complete

Review the completion requirements for a partner report and submit it in PEARS.

Marking a partner report complete signals that reporting on that partner is finished for the selected reporting period(s).

## Completion Requirements

A partner report can be marked complete once all of the following are true:

* At least one **reporting period** is selected.
* A **Depth of relationship** is selected.
* **Do you have assessments to report?** is answered — and if **Yes**, at least one assessment is recorded.
* **Do you have accomplishments or lessons learned to report?** is answered — and if **Yes**, at least one entry is recorded.
* Any required **Custom Data** fields are answered.

The progress panel shows a checkmark beside each satisfied section.

**NOTE:** **Depth of relationship** is the one General Information field that blocks completion on its own. A report imported from legacy Partnership data may arrive without it — those reports stay incomplete until the field is filled in.

## Mark the Report as Complete

From the partner report, click **Mark as Complete** in the progress panel.

Any unmet requirement is listed here. Resolve each one before continuing.

#### Confirm

Toggle the record to complete. The **Completed** column on the [Partner Reports](/reflect/partner-reports.md) list updates.

## Reopening a Report

A completed report can be marked incomplete again to make changes.

**NOTE:** Editing and deleting a report is locked once its reporting period is older than the previous period, with a one-period grace. See [Moving Data between Reporting Periods](/manage-data/manage-data/moving-data.md).
