# Partner Reports

Report on each partner relationship per reporting period, including assessments, accomplishments, and lessons learned.

**Partner Reports** is where a persistent [Partner](/engage/partners.md) becomes a per-period record. The partner itself carries no reporting period; each report covers one or more periods and scopes the partner's contacts, contributions, and activities to those dates.

## Getting Started

To access Partner Reports, hover over the **Reflect** menu in the top navigation bar and click **Partner Reports**. The list opens filtered to the current reporting year.

The list shows **Partner**, **ID**, **Reporting Period**, **Program Areas**, **Type**, **Responsible Unit**, **Completed**, and **Created by**. You can customize which columns appear, filter the list, and export the results.

## Workflow

{% endstep %}

{% step %}

{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### [Accomplishments & Lessons](/reflect/partner-reports/assessments-and-accomplishments.md#accomplishments-and-lessons)

Document what the partnership achieved and what you learned from it.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

Review the completion requirements and submit the report.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

## Additional Actions

* [Export](/reflect/partner-reports/export.md) — Download partner reports and their assessments, accomplishments, and lessons.

{% hint style="info" %}
**TIP:** A partner can have more than one report covering the same reporting period — for example, one report per project or per responsible unit. The period picker offers every current period regardless of what the partner's other reports already cover.
