Delete an Action Plan Report

Learn how to delete an action plan report in PEARS.

Follow the steps below to delete an action plan report.

Navigate to Action Plan Reports

From the PEARS homepage, hover over the Reflect menu and click Action Plan Reports.

Select an Action Plan Report

Click the action plan report you want to delete.

Click Delete

On the action plan report detail page, click the Delete button.

Confirm Deletion

A confirmation dialog appears. Click OK to permanently delete the action plan report.

NOTE: Deleting an action plan report is permanent and cannot be undone.

NOTE: You may only delete records you created in the current reporting period, unless you are a Data Manager. Organization Data Managers are listed in the PEARS Directory.
