# Delete an Action Plan Report

Learn how to delete an action plan report in PEARS.

Follow the steps below to delete an action plan report.

#### Navigate to Action Plan Reports

From the PEARS homepage, hover over the **Reflect** menu and click **Action Plan Reports**.

#### Select an Action Plan Report

Click the action plan report you want to delete.

#### Click Delete

On the action plan report detail page, click the **Delete** button.

#### Confirm Deletion

A confirmation dialog appears. Click **OK** to permanently delete the action plan report.

**NOTE:** Deleting an action plan report is permanent and cannot be undone.
