# Delete a Professional Development Plan

Follow the steps below to delete a professional development plan.

#### Navigate to Professional Development

From the PEARS homepage, hover over the **Plan** menu and click **Professional Development**.

#### Select a Development Plan

Click the development plan you want to delete.

#### Click Delete

On the development plan detail page, click the **Delete** button.

#### Confirm Deletion

A confirmation dialog appears. Click **OK** to permanently delete the development plan.

**NOTE:** Deleting a development plan is permanent and cannot be undone.
