# Delete a Performance Review Plan

Follow the steps below to delete a performance review plan.

#### Navigate to Performance Review Plans

From the PEARS homepage, hover over the **Plan** menu and click **Performance Review Plans**.

#### Select a Performance Review Plan

Click the performance review plan you want to delete.

#### Click Delete

On the performance review plan detail page, click the **Delete** button.

#### Confirm Deletion

A confirmation dialog appears. Click **OK** to permanently delete the performance review plan.

**NOTE:** Deleting a performance review plan is permanent and cannot be undone. Any associated review assessments may also be affected.
