Delete an Action Plan
Learn how to delete an action plan in PEARS.
Follow the steps below to delete an action plan record.

Navigate to Action Plans
From the PEARS homepage, hover over the Plan menu and click Action Plans.

Select an Action Plan
Click the action plan you want to delete.

Click Delete
On the action plan detail page, click the Delete button.

Confirm Deletion
A confirmation dialog appears. Click OK to permanently delete the action plan.

NOTE: Deleting an action plan is permanent and cannot be undone. Linked records such as Action Plan Reports may also be affected.
NOTE: You may only delete records you created in the current reporting period, unless you are a Data Manager. Organization Data Managers are listed in the PEARS Directory.
