# Delete an Action Plan

Follow the steps below to delete an action plan record.

#### Navigate to Action Plans

From the PEARS homepage, hover over the **Plan** menu and click **Action Plans**.

#### Select an Action Plan

Click the action plan you want to delete.

#### Click Delete

On the action plan detail page, click the **Delete** button.

#### Confirm Deletion

A confirmation dialog appears. Click **OK** to permanently delete the action plan.

**NOTE:** Deleting an action plan is permanent and cannot be undone. Linked records such as Action Plan Reports may also be affected.
