Moving Data between Reporting Periods

Learn how to move records from one reporting period to another in PEARS.

This feature allows Data Managers to move records from one reporting period to another using bulk actions.

Permission required: Data Manager.

Navigate to the module list containing the records you want to move (e.g., hover over Engage and click Program Activities).

Select records

Use the checkboxes next to each record to select the records you want to move.

TIP: Use the first checkbox in the heading row to select all visible records.

Click Edit Field

Click the Edit Field button to open the bulk edit menu.

Select Reporting Periods

Select Reporting Periods from the dropdown menu.

Choose the destination period

Select the reporting period you want to move the selected records to.

Click Update

Click Update to move the records. A confirmation pop-up appears when the operation is complete.

TIP: If no dropdown options appear, selected records may be incompatible for moving. For example, records with Extension program areas cannot be moved in the same bulk edit as SNAP-Ed program areas.
