# Collaborators

Add collaborators to your social marketing campaign in PEARS.

The Collaborators section allows you to grant other PEARS users **View Only** or **View & Edit** access to a social marketing campaign. Adding a collaborator grants access to this record only — it does not give the user any additional sitewide access permissions.

#### Add Collaborators

Click the **Add Collaborator** button. In the dialog box, search for and select the PEARS user in the **User** field, choose **View Only** or **View & Edit** in the **Access** field, check the **Contributor** checkbox if they were involved in performing the work, and click **Save**. #### Save and Continue

Click **Save and Continue** to save your collaborators and proceed to the next section. Depending on your organization's settings, the next section may be Custom Data; otherwise you go directly to the [Potential Reach](/engage/social-marketing-campaigns/potential-reach.md) step.

**TIP:** Only staff members that have active PEARS accounts can be added as collaborators. The creator of the campaign is automatically listed as a collaborator with **View & Edit** access and **Contributor** status.
