# Strategy

Document the strategy for a PSE Site Activity, including complementary activities, contribution roles, and youth involvement.

The Strategy section captures the complementary activities supporting the PSE effort, the roles your organization played in contributing to the change, and whether youth were involved.

Check the complementary activities that were implemented at this site or organization during the current reporting year. These are additional efforts or programs that work alongside the PSE change.

#### Rate contribution roles

Under the **Funding** heading (**SNAP-Ed Funding** for SNAP-Ed organizations), rate the ways funds or people from your organization are contributing to PSE efforts at this site or organization **\***. Select **Lead / Major Role**, **Supportive Role**, **No Role**, or **N/A** for each area:

* **Initiated the effort / brought stakeholders together** — Your role in initiating the PSE change effort.
* **Fostered community / resident / parent support or engagement** — Your role in engaging the community around the effort.
* **Funded or provided planning / advice / guidance** — Your role in funding or guiding the PSE change.
* **Funded or provided training related to PSE efforts** — Your role in delivering training related to the PSE change.
* **Funded or conducted implementation of PSE changes** — Your role in implementing the PSE change.
* **Funded or provided evaluation or monitoring of PSE efforts** — Your role in evaluating the PSE change effort.

#### Indicate youth involvement

Under the **Involvement** heading, select **Yes** or **No** to indicate whether youth were actively involved in shaping this PSE through an established group. If you select **Yes**, enter how many youth were actively involved during the current reporting year.

**TIP:** Contribution roles help document the extent of your organization's engagement in each aspect of the PSE effort. Be accurate when rating each role.
