# Collaborators

Give other PEARS users access to a PSE Site Activity record and track who contributes to it.

Use the Collaborators section to give other PEARS users **View Only** or **View & Edit** access to this PSE Site Activity record, and to document the staff who contribute to it. Adding a collaborator grants access to this record only; it does not change their sitewide permissions.

**TIP:** Adding collaborators to a PSE Site Activity follows the same process used across other PEARS modules. Refer to the shared [Collaborators](/engage/program-activities/collaborators.md) documentation for detailed steps on adding and managing collaborators.

After adding collaborators, click **Save and continue**. The next step depends on your organization's settings — a **Partnerships**, **Partners**, or custom data section may come first; otherwise you continue to [Readiness](/engage/pse-site-activities/readiness.md).
