# Program Activities

A **Program Activity** in PEARS represents a direct education meeting or intervention. Each program activity can track a unique intervention with one or more sessions delivered to the same audience. Use this module to record the details of your programming, including delivery methods, session information, collaborators, demographics, custom data, and evaluation surveys.

## Getting Started

To access Program Activities, hover over the **Engage** menu in the top navigation bar and click **Program Activities**. The Program Activities list displays all of your records, with options to search, filter, sort, and create new entries.

## Workflow

Creating a complete program activity record involves several steps. PEARS guides you through each section in order:

Enter the program name, program areas, delivery methods, session details, and other basic information.
