Track and report on direct education meetings, sessions, and interventions delivered to participants.
A Program Activity in PEARS represents a direct education meeting or intervention. Each program activity can track a unique intervention with one or more sessions delivered to the same audience. Use this module to record the details of your programming, including delivery methods, session information, collaborators, demographics, custom data, and evaluation surveys.
To access Program Activities, hover over the Engage menu in the top navigation bar and click Program Activities. The Program Activities list displays all of your records, with options to search, filter, sort, and create new entries.

Creating a complete program activity record involves several steps. PEARS guides you through each section in order:
Enter the program name, program areas, delivery methods, session details, and other basic information.
Add other PEARS users who contributed to or should have access to this program activity.
Complete any required custom data sections based on your program areas, such as SNAP-Ed or Youth Programming data.
Record participant demographic information including gender, age, ethnicity, and race.
Attach surveys, collect responses, and track evaluation data for your program activity.
Once all required sections are finished, mark the program activity as complete.
Copy a Program Activity — Duplicate an existing record to save time.
Edit an Attached Survey — Modify survey details after attaching them.
Import Program Activities — Create multiple program activities at once from a spreadsheet.
TIP: The Program Progress panel on the right side of the program activity detail page shows your completion percentage and a checklist of remaining sections.
