# Delete a Partnership

Learn how to delete a partnership record in PEARS.

Follow the steps below to delete a partnership record.

**NOTE:** A partnership that is marked as complete cannot be deleted. Click **Mark as Incomplete** on the partnership record first, then delete it.

#### Navigate to Partnerships

From the PEARS homepage, hover over the **Engage** menu and click **Partnerships**.

#### Select a Partnership

Click the partnership you want to delete.

#### Click Delete

On the partnership detail page, click the **Delete** button.

#### Confirm Deletion

A confirmation page asks whether you are sure you want to delete the partnership, and lists any linked items that will no longer be connected once it is gone. Click **Yes** to permanently delete the partnership, or **No** to go back.
