Delete a Partnership

Learn how to delete a partnership record in PEARS.

Follow the steps below to delete a partnership record.

NOTE: A partnership that is marked as complete cannot be deleted. Click Mark as Incomplete on the partnership record first, then delete it.

Navigate to Partnerships

From the PEARS homepage, hover over the Engage menu and click Partnerships.

Select a Partnership

Click the partnership you want to delete.

Click Delete

On the partnership detail page, click the Delete button.

Confirm Deletion

A confirmation page asks whether you are sure you want to delete the partnership, and lists any linked items that will no longer be connected once it is gone. Click Yes to permanently delete the partnership, or No to go back.

NOTE: Deleting a partnership is permanent and cannot be undone.

NOTE: You may only delete records you created in the current reporting period, unless you are a Data Manager. Organization Data Managers are listed in the PEARS Directory.
