# Collaborators

Add collaborators to your partnership record to give other PEARS users access to it and to track who contributes to the partnership.

Use the Collaborators step to give other PEARS users **View Only** or **View & Edit** access to this partnership record, and to document the individuals who contribute to or participate in the partnership activities.

**TIP:** The collaborators interface is shared across PEARS modules. For detailed instructions on adding, editing, and removing collaborators, see the [Collaborators](/engage/program-activities/collaborators.md) page.

After you have configured your collaborators, click **Save and Continue** to proceed to the [Evaluation](/engage/partnerships/evaluation.md) step. If your organization collects custom data on partnerships, the **Custom Data** step comes first.
