# Other Activities

Log contributions and activities for a partner that aren't captured as CRM interactions.

The **Other Activities** section records what a partner contributed when there is no interaction to attach it to — donated space, volunteer hours, in-kind goods, or an event they hosted. Interactions you log in the [CRM](/engage/community-relationships/create-an-interaction.md) already roll up onto the partner record, so this section is for everything else.

#### Open Other Activities

From the partner record, click **Other Activities** in the progress panel.

#### Add an activity

Click **Add** to open the activity form.

#### Select an Activity Type **\***

In the **Activity type** dropdown, select what the partner contributed. If you select an **Other** option, a **Please specify other activity type** field appears and is required.

#### Set the Date **\***

Select the date the activity took place.

#### Enter a Time (optional)

Enter the time of day the activity took place.

#### Enter a Quantity (optional)

Enter the amount contributed — for example attendees, hours, or items.

#### Add Notes (optional)

Describe what happened or what was contributed.

#### Save

Click **Save**. The activity appears in the Other Activities table on the partner record.

## Managing Activities

Each row in the table can be edited or removed. Rows save through the form as you submit them, so there is no separate save step for the section as a whole.

**TIP:** Other Activities feed the **Partner Activities** step of a [Partner Report](/reflect/partner-reports/create-a-partner-report.md). When you build a report, the activities whose dates fall inside the report's reporting periods are offered for inclusion.
