# Collaborators

Learn how to add collaborators to an indirect activity in PEARS.

The Collaborators section allows you to grant other PEARS users **View Only** or **View & Edit** access to an indirect activity. Adding a collaborator grants access to this record only — it does not give the user any additional sitewide access permissions. See the [Program Activities Collaborators](/engage/program-activities/collaborators.md) page for detailed instructions on adding, editing, and removing collaborators.

After adding collaborators, click **Save and Continue** to move to the next section of the workflow. Depending on your organization's settings, the next section may be Partnerships, Partners, or Custom Data. If none of those sections are enabled, you go directly to the [Channels](/engage/indirect-activities/add-channels.md) page.
