Delete a Direct Contact

Learn how to delete a direct contact record in PEARS.

Follow the steps below to delete a direct contact record.

Navigate to Direct Contacts

From the PEARS homepage, hover over the Engage menu and click Direct Contacts.

Select a Direct Contact

Click the record you want to delete.

Click Delete

On the direct contact detail page, click the Delete button.

Confirm Deletion

A confirmation dialog appears. Click OK to permanently delete the direct contact record.

NOTE: Deleting a direct contact is permanent and cannot be undone.

NOTE: You may only delete records you created in the current reporting period, unless you are a Data Manager. Organization Data Managers are listed in the PEARS Directory.
