Edit a CRM Contact Interaction

Learn how to edit a CRM contact interaction in PEARS.

Follow the steps below to edit an existing interaction on a CRM contact record.

Navigate to Community Relationships

From the PEARS homepage, hover over the Engage menu and click Community Relationships (CRM).

Select a Contact

The CRM Contacts list displays available records. Click the contact whose interaction you want to edit.

Locate the Interaction

In the Notes section, hover over the interaction you want to edit to reveal the edit and delete options.

Click Edit

Click the Edit button to open the interaction fields for editing.

Edit the Interaction

Modify the interaction details as needed. For field-specific guidance, refer to Create an Interaction.

Save

Click Save to save your changes.
