Edit a CRM Contact

Learn how to edit a CRM contact record in PEARS.

Follow the steps below to edit an existing CRM contact record.

Navigate to Community Relationships

From the PEARS homepage, hover over the Engage menu and click Community Relationships (CRM).

Select a Contact

The CRM Contacts list displays available records. Click the contact you want to edit.

Click Edit

On the contact detail page, click the Edit button.

Edit the Contact

Modify the contact details as needed. For field-specific guidance, refer to Create a CRM Contact.

Save

Click Save to save your changes.
