# Delete a CRM Contact Interaction

Follow the steps below to delete an interaction from a CRM contact record.

#### Navigate to Community Relationships

From the PEARS homepage, hover over the **Engage** menu and click **Community Relationships (CRM)**.

#### Select a Contact

Click the contact whose interaction you want to delete.

#### Locate the Interaction

In the Notes section, hover over the interaction you want to delete to reveal the edit and delete options.

#### Click Delete

Click the **Delete** button next to the interaction.

#### Confirm Deletion

A confirmation dialog appears. Click **OK** to permanently delete the interaction.

**NOTE:** Deleting an interaction is permanent and cannot be undone.
