# Evaluation

Complete the evaluation to capture the coalition's effectiveness, engagement level, and influence on SNAP-Ed objectives.

#### Select the relationship depth

Choose the **Relationship Depth** that best describes the current level of collaboration within the coalition.

#### Select the active engagement assessment tool

Choose the **Active Engagement Assessment Tool** used to measure member engagement from the dropdown. A help icon next to assessment fields opens a modal with links to downloadable evaluation PDFs, including the Butterfoss Coalition Effectiveness Inventory and the CoalitionsWork Evaluability Assessment.

Enter the **Results** from the active engagement assessment in the provided field.

#### Select the SNAP-Ed influence assessment tool

Choose the **SNAP-Ed Influence Assessment Tool** used to evaluate the coalition's impact on SNAP-Ed priorities.

Enter the **Results** from the SNAP-Ed influence assessment in the provided field.

Describe the coalition's key **Accomplishments** during the reporting period in the text field.
