# Collaborators

Add collaborators to your coalition record to give other PEARS users access to it and to track who contributes to or assists with coalition activities.

Add collaborators to your coalition to give other PEARS users **View Only** or **View & Edit** access to the record, and to document the individuals who contribute to or assist with coalition activities.
