# Unique Site Counts by Program Setting

Shows the number of unique sites where programming occurred, grouped by SNAP-Ed framework setting.

#### Location

This panel appears on the following dashboards:

* [SNAP-Ed Dashboard](/analyze/impact-dashboards/snap-ed-dashboard.md)

#### Modules Included

* Program Activities (SNAP-Ed custom data)

#### Filters

**Applied Filters**

* **Viewable records** — Only Program Activities the current user has permission to view are included.
* **SNAP-Ed framework setting** — Only programs with a SNAP-Ed framework setting assigned are included.
* **Site** — Only programs with a site assigned are included.

**Non-Applicable Filters**

All standard Program Activity filters are supported by this panel.

#### Calculations

1. PEARS retrieves all viewable Program Activities that match the current dashboard filters and have both a site and a SNAP-Ed framework setting assigned.
2. Programs are grouped by their SNAP-Ed framework setting name.
3. For each setting, the panel counts the number of distinct sites. A site that has programming under more than one setting is counted once within each of those settings.
4. Settings are sorted by site count in descending order, and the ten highest-ranking settings are displayed as a column chart.

#### Additional Notes

* This panel uses the SNAP-Ed framework setting from the program's custom data, not the site's own setting field.
* Settings with zero sites are excluded from the chart.
* The chart plots only the ten highest-ranking settings. To see every setting that has data, open the chart menu and click **View data table**.
