# PSE Stages of Implementation

Shows the count of PSE site activities at each stage of implementation.

#### Location

This panel appears on the following dashboards:

* [SNAP-Ed Dashboard](/analyze/impact-dashboards/snap-ed-dashboard.md)
* [Extension Dashboard](/analyze/impact-dashboards/extension-dashboard.md)

#### Modules Included

* PSE Site Activities

#### Filters

**Applied Filters**

* **Viewable records** — Only PSE Site Activities the current user has permission to view are included.

**Non-Applicable Filters**

* **Primary Curriculum** — PSE Site Activities do not have a curriculum field. This filter is offered on the SNAP-Ed Dashboard, and setting it replaces the chart with a message saying the chart cannot be filtered by it.

#### Calculations

1. PEARS retrieves all viewable PSE Site Activities that match the current dashboard filters.
2. PSE records are grouped by the stages of implementation selected on each record. Records with no stage selected are grouped under **No planning stage specified**.
3. For each stage, the panel counts the number of distinct PSE Site Activities.
4. Results are displayed as a funnel chart, one row per stage, each labeled with the stage name and its count.

#### Additional Notes

* Planning stages represent the progression of a PSE effort from initial planning through full implementation.
* Stages are recorded in the **Stages of Implementation** field on the General Information page of a PSE Site Activity. A record can be tagged with more than one stage, and it is counted once in each stage it carries, so the row counts can add up to more than the number of PSE records.
* Every stage is included. The panel does not limit itself to records that have started implementation.
