# Partner Contributions

Shows how partners are involved across PEARS modules and which partners and contacts contribute most.

#### Filters

**Applied Filters**

* **Viewable records** — Only partners the current user can see in the Partners list are included.
* **Reporting Year**, **Program Areas**, **Unit** — Applied through the partner's reports.

**Non-Applicable Filters**

* **Collaborators** — Partners have no collaborators; record sharing grants replaced them.
* **Verified**, **Interventions**, **Projects**, **Primary Curriculum**, **Session Date Range** — Not applicable to partner records.

#### Calculations

1. PEARS retrieves all viewable partners matching the current dashboard filters.
2. Five charts and lists are generated:
   * **Involvement by Module** — One bar per module, showing how many partners are linked to it.
   * **Activities by Type** — The partner's own logged activities broken down by type.
   * **Top Partners** — The five partners contributing most, counting interactions, action plans, activities, assessments, accomplishments, and lessons.
   * **Top Contacts** — The five contacts engaged most.
   * **Interactions by Staff Member** — Up to ten PEARS users, by how many interactions they logged.

#### Additional Notes

* **Activities** and **interactions** are counted separately on purpose. An activity is the partner's own log entry; an interaction is a CRM record. Both feed the Top Partners ranking, so a partner ranks whether its work is captured one way or the other.
* Each new module that gains a Partners section adds a bar to the involvement chart.
* When a reporting-period filter is applied, each source is scoped to that period individually — assessments and accomplishments through their report, activities and action plans through the report selections, and interactions by their interaction date. With no period filter, counts are all-time. Filtered results are therefore always a subset of unfiltered ones.
* Contact names are the only contact field this panel reads, so it discloses nothing the contact list does not already show.
