Manage Sites

Add, edit, import, and merge site records in PEARS.

Sites represent the physical locations where programming takes place. The Manage Sites tool allows site administrators to create and maintain site records, import sites in bulk, update site demographics, and merge duplicate site entries.

Permission required: Site administrator (or users with site creation permission if enabled by your organization).

Getting Started

To access Manage Sites, click the cog icon in the top navigation bar and select Sites. The list view displays all sites for your organization.

List View

The site list displays the following information:

  • Name — Site name

  • Address — Street address

  • City — City name

  • Zip Code — Postal code

  • Is Active — Whether the site is currently active

  • Is Organization — Whether the site is marked as an organization

  • Created By — The user who created the site

  • Related Objects — Count of records associated with this site

Filters

Use the filter sidebar to narrow results:

  • User — Filter by site creator

  • City — Filter by city name

  • Unit in Related Data — Filter by Extension Unit in related records

  • Zip Code — Filter by zip code

  • Site Usage — Currently in use (has related records) or Unused

  • Is Organization — Filter by organization status

  • Related Data Created in Range — Filter by when related data was created
