- From the PEARS homepage, hover the cursor over the Track menu and click on Social Marketing Campaigns.
- The Social Marketing Campaigns list displays.
Select the Name of the campaign to have reach data added. - The Social Marketing Campaign detail view displays.
Click the Reach link within the progress pane. - The Social Marketing Campaign Reach page displays.
From the drop-down menu, select whether or not Reach is being recorded during the current reporting year. - The Method and Market & Reach questions display.
From the drop-down menu, select the method used to determine market reach and size
If “Other” is selected, record the details of the other method. - Record the demographics of the market, impressions, and those reached through the social marketing campaign for the current reporting period.
- Click the Save and Continue button once all Social Marketing Campaign reach information has been recorded.

If reach is not being recorded for the current year, select No and Skip ahead to step 7.
